Franciscan WorkingWell to host free direct-to-employer solutions luncheon
CHESTERTON, Indiana – Franciscan WorkingWell is hosting a free, informative luncheon on April 24 to help attendees learn more about employer-based health and wellness programs.
Franciscan HEALTHeACCESS is leading the region in advanced primary care models with more than 12 clinics and more than 40 company clients. As experts in the field, Franciscan representatives can explain how this medical model can improve the health of employees as well as a participating company’s bottom line.
Luncheon topics include advanced primary care/employer-sponsored clinics, cost-saving medial models, HEALTHeACCESS, WorkingWell, advanced imaging, HEALTHeLIFESTYLE and more.
The luncheon is scheduled to take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Central on April 24 at Sand Creek Country Club, 1001 Sand Creek Dr. in Chesterton. Attendees are asked to arrive and check in between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. Lunch will be served from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Attendees have the chance to win a $50 Visa gift card or a gift basket that includes a Cuisinart tabletop fire pit.
