About Us
We are an out-patient Physical Therapy Office located in Chesterton Indiana. We pride ourselves on our one-on-one patient care. We accept most forms of insurance and can get prior authorization from your insurance if you would like before treatment begins. Our therapist have over 50 combined years of experience behind them and work closely with each other to get you the best results from your therapy.
