Spirit Dreams Sister Circle: New Moon Gathering for Women

This workshop will be a space for women in our community who wish to cultivate sisterhood, empowerment, safety, and well-being to get together. Allow yourselves to gather, share, and do inner work as a group! In this workshop, we will be connecting with ourselves in a new way.

You will be invited to:

- Come as you are!

- Bring a journal and an object to place in the mandala (Ex.: crystal, seashell, etc.)

- Share what you need to about life experience(s) and release pent up emotions.

- Listen with an open heart without giving a response but with the intention to acknowledge everyone as they are.

 

Note: Class will not be held if less than 3 people register.
