H.I.I.T or high intensity interval training is a scientifically proven training technique in which you give 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short, active recovery periods. This type of training blasts fat and increases aerobic performance in a short period of time. If you are ready for a fun, fast, full body workout that will keep scorching calories throughout the day while increasing your metabolism and energy levels this is the class for you!
