Men's Health Month
In honor of Men's Health Month, NorthShore will be offering discounted health screenings for the month of June. This screening includes a complete physical exam, heart disease risk evaluation, blood and health assessment, blood test to check for colorectal cancer, and an optional prostate cancer risk evaluation (PSA). This special is $75, or $50 without PSA. Space is limited schedule an appointment at one of our six locations today. Locations in Portage, Lake Station, Merrillville, Hammond, and Chesterton.
