Meditation - Charka Focus

The mediation will focus on introducing and bringing circulation into the main energy centers of the body and emotional body a/k/a Charka system. These are important energy centers in the body thru which we give and receive energy from others and the world around us. When activated and harmonized, we can experience major improvements physically, emotionally, and mentally increasing our sense of peace and calm, especially in this new day and age.
