The first Tuesday of each month we will have East Wind Happy Hour: Health Talks, Mini Stress Reduction Sessions, Healthy Cocktails, Stress surveys, and more! Each month we will have a different theme to talk about with different mock cocktails to sip on. Space is limited to 10 people. Pre-registration recommended.
