Free Community Class: Breast Cancer Awareness Yoga with Dana Pionke

Join us on the fourth Tuesday of each month for a beginner's movement class! We are asking everyone to donate what they can to help The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. All donations help the fight continue! Come Out and Fight Breast Cancer and Enjoy an Amazing Pink Evening! It is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and yogis around the world are honoring this month with events and fundraisers just like many other athletes do; however, studies show that yoga helps with lymphatic flow, breaks down scar tissue and helps cancer patients and survivors sleep better and deal with depression and anxiety at a much greater rate than most other exercise programs.
