Free Community Class: Beginner's Movement

Join us on the forth Tuesday of each month for a beginner's movement class!  The class style varies! This class is often a beginner yoga class, but it may also be a beginner pilates, Tai Chi or yoga/strength fusion class. Props and mats at the studio for support of every level and every body!
