First Fall Tackle and Cheer Registration

All required forms are due at registration, no exceptions. Athlete must be present at time of registration. $300 for football (must be ages 5-11 by August 1) and $400 for cheer (must be 5-12 by August 1). Cash, check, and CC accepted, 3% CC fee. A physician will be on site at May 7 & 18 dates to perform physicals for $25.
