Virtually meet the 2021 Board of Directors. Everyone is welcome!

By-Law Changes to be proposed below in red:

Chamber Constitution By-Laws
Article III (Board of Directors)
Section 7. A majority of the members of the Board physically (take out) present at a meeting shall constitute a quorum,

Section 10. Members of the Board may participate in meetings via electronic means, such as, telephonic or video conference, provided that no member shall be permitted to participate electronically more than three (3) times in any calendar year. (take out)

The Nominating Committee and Secretary are proposing to the general membership the following slate of directors to be elected at the Annual Meeting of the Duneland Chamber of Commerce to be held on January 26, 2021:
 
First Term beginning January 2021 through December 2023
Brandon Bennett, Main Street Tap House
Lisa Human, CLH, CPAs & Consultants
Susan Krueger, Northwest Health-Porter
Richard Riley, Riley’s Railhouse


Second Term beginning January 2021 through December 2023
Tracy Bergstrom, Teachers Credit Union
Bob Kollar, Benjamin F. Edwards & Co.
Laura Zaranski, East Wind Acupuncture & Studios

20% Membership attendance needed to amend by-laws and elect new board of directors. If attendance numbers are not met, we will reconfirm at the Community Awards in July.
