Topic: Tried and True with a Twist of New

We have partnered with SCORE, a business mentoring organization, along with Michigan City, Portage, and Valparaiso chambers to put on this program that is entitled:  Concept to Classic: Tried and True with a Twist of New. The idea behind the theme is that we have successful long-standing businesses (CLASSIC) talk about how it was to start, operate, and evolve over time (what has worked, what hasn’t, what they will continue to do that they started from Day 1 until the end of time.) Then engage the business owners who are newer to the game (CONCEPT) and talk about what their business approach was from the start, new trends, that they try, what works, and what doesn’t.
