108 Sun Salutations

People can expect to learn the meaning of the fall equinox and the significance of 108. It’s a time for slowing down and planting seeds of intention. The 108 sun salutations is intended to become a moving meditation. There will be Surya Namaskar “sets” and we will set intentions for each one, as well as celebrate the arrival of fall!
